This reduces the distribution cost and you get the product at low price.

Sellers listed on this website are either manufacturers, wholesalers, or retailers who are spanning across India.
shop.moderncloth.in drop shipping service is an initiative to promote ‘Local-To-Global’ mantra for self-reliant India.

shop.moderncloth.in doesn’t sell anything. Items are sold to you by your selected seller.

The images on this site represent actual products though color of the image and product may slightly differ.

shop.moderncloth.in does not select, edit, modify, alter, add, or supplement the information, description, and other specifications provided by the Seller.

At the time of delivery, the buyer has to check for the satisfactory bill before accepting the parcel.

On receiving an unsatisfactory product from the seller, the buyer may request shop.moderncloth.in to initiate the return process with seller only with-in 6 days.

Things we don’t control: The supplier, The quality of the product, and, but not limited, the Shipping time. Kindly refer to the customer reviews, product rating and seller rating before purchase.

In case the seller of your product sends a package with the missing item in it / a counterfeit product / torn or broken item / an expired item, kindly initiate a return request from My Orders page within 24 hours. We need your help to blacklist such sellers from shop.moderncloth.in listing.

What is shop.moderncloth.in‘s Return & Exchange Policy?

shop.moderncloth.in offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the product sent by your selected seller, you can easily Exchange/Return the product from My Orders page. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible for:

  • Product has to be in original & unused state.
  • Request has to be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
  • You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
  • In case the seller of your product accidentally sends a package with the missing item in it / a counterfeit product / torn or broken item / expired item, you must need to initiate Exchange/Return request within 24 hours of order delivery; failing which the claim will not be entertained.


⚠️We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
⚠️Shipping amount, if any, is not refundable.

How do I exchange or return the product?

To request Product Exchange/Return, kindly open My Orders, enter your registered mobile number and hit GO button.

Once all of your orders are loaded, click on Track/Manage button (for the order that you want to Exchange/Return) and wait for the details page to load (NOTE: on slow network it may take some time to load). Once the page is loaded, you will see the status history of this order. Scroll down a bit until you find REQUEST EXCHANGE/RETURN button.

Click this button and follow on screen instructions to initiate your Exchange/Return.

🧾More information about the overall process:
Once you share your details and submit the Exchange/Return request, kindly give us 24 hours to process your request. (No need to submit same information again and again within 24hours)

If your product Exchange/Return request is approved, you will be assigned an AWB number and the courier Pickup boy will come in next 3-5 working days. (You may refer to the product tracking page (My Orders) for all regular updates.)

Once the pickup is done, we will transfer the refund amount in the shared account within 48hours.

⚠️ Do not forget to take the return receipt 🧾 while returning the product to pickup boy.
⚠️ Must initiate your product exchange/return request within 6 days from the date you have received your parcel.
⚠️ Without appropriate reason for exchange/return, and the clear pictures of the product, exchange/return request would not be approved.
⚠️ If your request is cancelled, you may re-initiate it within 3 days only. It is recommended to read the reason of cancellation and correct the provided information accordingly (with new pictures) before re-submitting your request.
⚠️ The refund will be processed electronically within 2-3 working days after successful product pickup.
⚠️ Shipping amount, if any, is not refundable.
⚠️ Once the pickup is done and your account is not credited in next 3days, you may escalate the issue by sharing the snapshot of return receipt to WhatsApp +918370860832 from your registered mobile.

What items are returnable?
Most items purchased from sellers listed on shop.moderncloth.in are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
not returnable items are explicitly labeled as ‘No Return’ on product description page.
